Starters
DUO of Soup .. Cream of Carrot& Cauliflower Soup laced withfresh herb and truffle oil

MUSSELS Mariniere .. Steamed mussels in garlic, white wine & parsley finished with cream and served in a crusty cob.

Open Field Mushroom ... Topped with Dolcelatte cheese & tomato chutney, finished with rocket salad and parmesan crisps

Scallops with Pancetta ... set on a warm salad of shredded vegetables with roast pepper dressing

MAINS

Fillet of Beef Wellington .... Prime British Ox Fillet, coated in a wild mushroom duxell wrapped in pastry and baked , served with a port wine jus.

Galantine of Chicken .. Aga roasted boneless chicken filled with pork, apricots and fresh garden herbs, served with a brandy and pink peppercorn sauce.

Spinach and Goats Cheese Roulade ...accompanied with a warm tomato salsa, garnished with rocket and basil leaves.

Herb Roasted Cod Loin ... presented on abed of steamed vegetable ribbons, in a freash clam chowder.
